how do i add and monitor a web filter on my sons windows phone .  i already have a family safety account , but it is only showing his pc use.

Cannot remove invalid web filter urls

I have a bunch of web filter urls that appears to be invalid, and can't be removed. If I click the delete icon, it will say "Sorry you can't change your settings right now. ..." , but other urls can be deleted normally.
These invalid urls look like this (it has two periods in front, or no asterisk):
*..example.com/*
.example.com/*

Normal urls look like this
*.example.com/*

Can anyone help?
