I can't login to my outlook.com account. I have already tried creating a new password several time to login, and tried to have a one use code sent to my phone to login, but nothing was ever sent. In order to even post this inquiry, I had to create a new
account.
This is the message I receive when trying to login:

sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).
I have 2 school emails linked to this account (Washington State University and University of Washington)
I am entering Grad School in 1 month and DESPERATELY need help, since I have very important emails and documents being sent to me that will determine my admittance.
