How can I delete/cancel a video which will not send that is preventing my other emails from sending in Windows Live Mail and IE 7?

I have tried to send an video email and when it gets close to the end, it gives a message that it hasn't been sent.  I'd like to just delete it because my emails after it won't send either.  Help!
