Unable to log into windows live Mail

I have no problems receiving and sending email, but I am unable to log into windows live mail.

I have changed my password, with verifications sent to my email and using a 2-step verification with a text to my cell phone.

The error message I receive is that my email address or password is incorrect.

I have tried several suggestions found on these boards but obviously, none have worked.

My account has been hacked

Hello,

When i came back from Germany, i noticed that my hotmail/outlook has been hacked. I couldn't go on my outlook anymore. I had to write verifications, but they mailed me that i didn't know so much information. I actually had no idea that you had to memorize some information of yourself. I did these verifications a couple times, but they still mailed me that i don't know much information. 
I'm now freaking out, because i use this emailadress for 5 years+
I asked on twitter if Microsoft could delete my account, but they can't do that. I just want that my account is back, maybe without those verifications because i have no clue what subject i sent lately, to who etc.
Please help me!
