Hi, I think I've been conned by the above company. I was having a problem with Hotmail and googled Microsoft help and that came up implying they were acting for Microsoft. they have sorted the problem and installed two supposed security sites which I
could have got free, and then another which is supposed to be an error help site which I can't now log on to. for this they want to charge me £50.
