Up through 10/20/2013 Family Safety was tracking the web sites / pages that my child was visiting while on the computer. On the 21st all that stopped and the only thing that shows up is live.com with a link to subscription login page -- a page she would
never actually visit. Her computer is running XP that should be SP3 with auto-updates. What should I look for to find the source of the problem and how do I fix it?
