Question about Outlook Express

Hi,
It seems I have a strange virus with my hotmail account. I can login ok to email but cannot open up to read the emails from
the inbox. I am having to open up a "new tab" and reload then wait a while and then I can access that way. But at the bottom
of the screen on the left is coming unix/shell script "logging into deatply...... and jjj824's etc. When I move the mouse cursor
down to this unix/shell script it moves across to the right hand side of the screen!. Also at the top of the page there are
flashing dots .   .   .    .    .    .    .    .  moving across the screen the whole time.
 I have the latest version of AVG installed and running a scan no virus is found. Please can you advise me as to what I can
do to get rid of this.
