I reported lost emails from hotmail transfer. That thread was closed when staff members took up addressing my problem.

I would like to know what has happened to my outstanding issue.

 

I am posting this here because there are no active reply buttons in my private messages, where the problem was being addressed, so I cannot contact any of the staff members who were looking into it.

 

ie. I have no way of contacting anyone.

 

I hope some staff member can respond and this thread can then be closed/deleted, once contact is established.

 

To bring you up to date, I had a pivate message from Andreo Paulo_D on 11 July.

He told me to click on link:

https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?tp=il&incno=1210914975&tenant=WOL&sd=winlive.

I did this and set up the urls required as trusted sites as told, then continued to a page where more information about my issue was requested. I filled this in as indicated.

Nothing seems to have happened since then, and I cannot get back to that page as when I click the link (above) now it just stays on the initial instruction page about trusted urls. No button to continue anywhere. Also Andreo Paulo_D 's message (11 July) states I cannot reply to his message.

? what happens next??? how will I be notified??
