Just like with the switch over to Skype, you aren't taking into account peoples' want to stay with MSN Messenger and Hotmail. Folks should be able to choose whether or not they want to upgrade. Some of us don't like the changes. Stylistically, Outlook is garrish
at best, and Skype is NOT optimized for the sort of things MSN Messenger users like to do. There are so many dropped messages that happen with Skype. It's not ready to replace MSN Messenger, and quite frankly, it shouldn't have to!
Please provide us with a way to not have to switch over to Skype and give us back our Hotmail!
