Hello, My name is Shane Reynders and I am lead to believe someone is signing into my account and tampering with my profile. I began noticing things were strange when I was playing online and was abruptly signed out and asked to update my security information,
after entering my password around six times and showing an error code, it finally let me sign back in.
I then spent a further 25 minutes on it and then turned off my xbox as I was heading out for the evening. I then come home at around 11:44pm, attempt to sign into my account and to my surprise it was suspended. I then log onto my microsoft account to find out
why it had been banned and it turns out someone violated the rules on my account by writing vulgar and immature things in my motto and bio.
Is there any way I can get the suspension lifted or prove that I'm being hacked?
