Question about Outlook Express

I purchased a Go Pro camera and went Scuba Diving for the first time.  Unfortunately, I did not purchase the filters for the camera so the underwater scenes have a strong green hue to them.   Is there a way to do color correction after the fact to bring back most of the colors?
