Missing Emails/Content

I have scoured the help sections relevant and read through as many community discussions/questions as I could stomach. Still I have not found any satisfactory resolution and in many cases, no resolution at all. The icing on the cake... this stupid website won't even let me post my issue. I keep getting "Sorry the request couldn't be completed. Please try again later" as if Microsoft knows what I'm going to say and just doesn't want to deal with it. Third time is the charm (crossing my fingers). No such luck of course. 

I am of course missing all my account content, excluding Contacts. I had Inbox, Drafts, Saved and custom folders that are all now missing years of my life. I do not know when Microsoft decided to break what wasn't broken and migrate my account to Outlook, but it unfortunately happened and now I am unhappy. This content ranged in time to before 2003 and while hotmail was no longer my primary email, I made a point to log in periodically in order to avoid LOSING ALL MY CONTENT. Just in case, I have already attempted to "recover deleted" even though I did not delete my own content. Additionally, I did not change my account/user name. It is the same username and passcode I have always used.

What additional information is needed to fix this issue?
