Can you please advise how I can change the 'name' associated with my various Outlook Aliases.
Whenever I change to an Alias, it still sends from the default full name on my account.
This defeats the purpose of an alias!
a·li·as /ˈālēəs/
Adverb: Used to indicate that a named person is also known or more familiar under another specified name.
Noun: A false or assumed identity.
If I wanted all of my emails to come from my name, Ryan Lockart, I'd send them from my main Outlook account.
I tried changing the name on an Alias, but it changes the name on my whole account.
As a freelance journalist, I write stories and opinion pieces sent to various publications under, literally, different aliases or names.
How can I get my individual Outlook Aliases to reflect the names I or aliases I'm using?
