Hi! I'm having a problem syncing folders to my Windows Live Mail. I have set everything up with the correct ingoing and outgoing server settings, and everything is working ok. The main inbox is syncing with the webmail and all the emails are showing up.
However, the way the RoadRunner webmail is set up is that there are a bunch of folders, each containing its own set of emails, not contained within the main inbox. These are the emails that are, for some reason, not syncing properly. None of these folders
are syncing with windows live mail.
Does anyone have experience with this, or know how to get these emails to download and sync?

Edit: I should add that I have already spoken on the phone to Roadrunner about the problem, and they directed me to Microsoft. When I talked to Microsoft, they directed me here.
