Needed Reset Password Function & Multiple Admin on Each Domain

I own 2 domains using domain.live.com and planned to use many more domain

So i need to enable 2 functions

Reset Account Password
Add Another Domain Admin

PS. Your forum designed highly poor usability,

I suggest some ideas

Make all of this function optional by default.
They are no need people to answer same kind question like this and reduce call center budget.
Insert "Post" Button to the Forum.
To reduce question with making people more annoy is bad exit idea.
