For some weeks now a significant proportion of emails sent from my Outlook.com account never make it to my work email account. There is no rejection message returned to Outlook; the messages just completely disappear.
Is there a way for someone in Microsoft to check from your end what happened with a particular email, please?
If I can prove the problem is with the work system then that will give me more leverage with our IT department than currently.
