It is now obvious that no human actually reads customer questions but that they are merely computer scanned to pick out key words
and on the basis of these are "dealt with"  with a standard computer formulated answer 

We the poor customers are being duped ,
the "moderators" are about as real as the computer generated youth players in Football Manager 

I asked two very specific questions in my previous post , 
which I need answers to so that I can complete the Microsoft process
( I am not going to say what it is because I don't want to receive yet another key word generated computer response)
To add insult to injury the thread has been unilaterally locked 

Microsoft need to understand that under UK Consumer Law they have a legal responsibility
to make good defective products and services delivered to customers
and unless they start to provide the level of customer service that UK Law requires (like give a proper answer to a simple question) 
I will no other option than to initiate proceedings
