Error message “A Problem Occured While Trying to Open this Message, A problem Has Occurred. Please Try Again”

I am using Windows live on a Windows 7 64 bit laptop, whenever i try to open a new mail or forward or reply to an existing mail i get the error message "A Problem Occured While Trying to Open this Message, A problem Has Occurred. Please Try Again" can you help me with that. Thank You
