One of their users cannot log into Outlook.com anymore. When he does, he sees this:

RENAME YOUR ACCOUNT
My client DOES NOT WANT TO RENAME HIS ACCOUNT. He needs to log into his e-mail ASAP to continue working! Why is he being asked to rename his account?????
ALSO BEFORE YOU SUGGEST that he go to https://account.live.com/pw to reset his password, please note that we have already tried
this and it DOES NOT WORK. As soon as he enters his e-mail and security question and new password, he's taken to the SAME screen as above, where he's being forced to rename his account, which he DOES NOT WANT TO DO. This is his only e-mail address. He doesn't
want to (and can't, for business reasons) use another one.
Please advise how to get this fixed ASAP!
