The parental lock on my zune account was not disabled when I turned 18. The account my parental lock is registered to has been closed down due to hacking/security reasons. I don't own an xbox to be able to manage the account through that. What can I do
to remove the parental lock from the account as I am now over 19 years old, without using an xbox or the parental account? Is this possible?
