So I was looking at my outlook email settings such as age, and it ticked the age to 2013, therefore I'm now a child account. So I tried to sign in, but I needed to verify myself with another email. So I created one, and now it asks to verify my normal
account with a credit-card. Problem is, I don't have one. Please tell me a way out of this, or another verification like phone number.
