I was asked to change from h o t m a i l to o u t l o o k which I did. My hotmail address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and in outlook i signed up as *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Since then I can't enter my hotmailaddress. Tried everything. When I signed up for hotmail my alternate email was *** Email address is removed for privacy *** which I no longer have. Please help me to recover my hotmail since that is where my contact addresses are filed along with some 42 thousand emails. I need to recover and send them to outlook. Please help
thanks
Have the Outlook on my Samsung Galaxy S4 but it's not sync'd with the computer.
If I work the email on my computer, I have to re-do everything on my phone and viceversa.
I called Microsoft and they told me to ask here, they didn't have an answer.
Anyone having the same problem? How did you fix it? The Outlook app only has 2 1/2 starts, doesn't seem to be rated well.
Thanks!
Hello,
I currently work for a company that is having difficulty sending to Outlook.com accounts. I have checked our IP stats and we appear to be in good standing, I have also recently signed up for the SNDS and Junk Mail Program with Outlook.com in order to ensure we do not have any issues with delivering email to your organization.
With that being said we recently been having a problem where sometimes we cannot get our message through to the outlook.com servers. Everything shows fine on our end and says delivered, however it doesn't seem to come through to the actual mailbox in outlook unless I mark as a safe sender.
Can someone please help me with this and help us understand why our emails are getting delivered, but not showing up in the Outlook inbox. The Microsoft SNDS status shows our email reputation is at Normal and is not blacklisted.
Thanks
No matter whether I use the "basic" search or advanced, or how many times I refresh and re-try, I continue to get this message, "There was a problem with the Outlook service (a temporary network connectivity issue that has nothing to do with your computer). Please try again. If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook. " When I check the service status, it says Outlook is running fine. Clearly it is not.
I'm using Windows 8, IE 10, all fully patched. What is the problem?
