We have an Exchange 2010 server. Most users are using Windows / Outlook 2010. We have a few users that use Mac OS 10.8.4 / Outlook 2011 ver 14.3.7.  There are 2 users that when they schedule a meeting cannot see anyone else's free/busy in the scheduling assistant. Both of these users can login to OWA and see free/busy data with no issues. They can also setup their exchange accounts on Windows/Outlook 2010 and see free/busy data with no issues. On both of these users I have un-installed and re-installed, re-created the profile but nothing seems to work. The other Mac users have the same OS version and Outlook version but do not have these issues. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thank You!
Outlook 2011 - Working in emails and associated folders most of the day. Went to grab a bite to eat, came back and restarted Outlook. All folders and emails had disappeared from the windows. Have tried a few things to no avail, really need to get this stuff back as am in a frantic race for client in getting things for them finished. HELP!
All the e-mails sent from my mail server are blocked by Outlook's spam filter. Is there any way to get around that? My users have been complaining about them missing emails.

I have been experiencing a similar issue for the past two days where Outlook is working intermittently.  I can login ok, but when clicking on emails or trying to send an email, I get this error message:

"Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook."

Refreshing has not helped and there is nothing listed in the Service History describing this problem.

Previous error messages stated that it is not a problem with my service, but with Outlook.

Works ok for a time but then stops. If I create a new email account with all the same details and  then delete the original it may work ok for a period , but then fails again.

Receiving ok on my old laptop running Visa and office 2010, If I send email from Outlook 2013 do not receive them on Outlook.com but arrive ok on old desktop.

Hi,

I updated my installation of Microsoft Outlook 2011 to 14.3.7 on Friday, upon updating Outlook fails to start up successfully.  It eventually started fine eventually, after a couple of reboots of the MacBook Pro.  I have not used the machine until today, upon booting up - it starts and then crashes (getting reported as Not Responding, requiring it be Forced Quit).  None of the other applications are experiencing an issue.  Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

My Mac is running 10.8.4.

Many thanks in advance,

Kind regards,

Neil

I made already a dozen attempts to create a new password (existing forgotten) for my wife's account.

I follow the procedure, give valid answers, submit it and get this as response from outlook

"We can't show you that page.

Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes."

BUT: a few minutes takes 5 DAYS LONG .... (so far).

Where are the good old Hotmail times ? ....

In the meantime my wife gets mad and terribly impatient....

I can't get the outlook app on my samsung galaxy tablet work. I can sign in but after a few seconds I get the message outlook has stopped. What can I do.

Hi there,

At the university I have just graduated from, we used Outlook to access the university email system (through outlook web app). I have now joined a new university who also do this, but whenever i try to log in to the new university email account, I automatically get directed to the login page for the old university account. I have tried the basics- restarting the browser, deleting all cookies etc. but I still cannot access the new email system. Does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know if it has anything to do with it, but the URL address for the old uni email has CookieAuth.dll in it, I can access other email systems through outlook just fine that do not have the CookieAuth.dll part.

Thanks for your help!
