Hello, I recently purchased a new laptop with Windows 8.
I have a new Hotmail email account now. There is a "quirk" I cannot figure out how to fix and am hoping you can assist me.
When I go into my Outlook Hotmail email, not all of the page loads. And, I am using the email received by Outlook to "sign in" to complete the loading of the page so that all of the task bar at the top is visible. I have "verified" my email account several times. The email I am referring to is below:

If I don't click on this "sign in" the only tasks I see at the top of the page are New, Respond & Delete - and it is really not a functional email screen.
THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP/GUIDANCE YOU CAN GIVE ME! This is very frustrating and confusing.
