When I log into my outlook account, I am unable to access my account and the error message says that some people might have problems syncing their mobile. I am logging in from a desktop. Looks like Microsoft is broken. How do I access my e-mail?????

Over the last week I have been unable to login to my Outlook account without it taking 2-4 tries. 
And once I finally do get on to my account, I'm unable to delete, open, or send emails:
My cache has been cleared, I'm using the latest version of Firefox, and have had no internet connection problems, nor issues with logging in to any other website. Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Can anyone help please? I have been frustrated to receive no responses to emails from my Hotmail (outlook) account, and I have just tested the account by sending emails to my gmail account.
Gmail receives the message, but then when I reply to the Hotmail/ outlook account, delivery fails.
The return address is suffixed with a '.co.uk' instead of the '.com' which is the actual suffix. I don't know if this is the problem, but something is stopping replies to this address.
Any ideas? I would most appreciate it.

For the past three days when trying to get on Outlook.com for my email, I have gotten the message that here is a problem with mobile and Outlook. I don't give a rat's **** about that. I am still using a PC. Why should this block me from my Outlook account?
I have to go to the Bing homepage and then click on Outlook.com at the top of th the page. Why??? There has been problems with email ever since Microsoft deleted Hotmail and switched to Outlook. Is Microsoft owned by the Chinese government? When will there

I did have a Hotmail account that I was perfectly happy with. Then this Outlook account was forced on me.
