I have tried repeatedly to close my Outlook account. When I go here: Deactivate your Outlook account I keep getting the messages that: To close your Outlook account, you must first cancel your billing service. Go to Microsoft Account and Billing Services
at https://billing.microsoft.com. I know I have NO billing services at all. But it makes me go to https://billing.microsoft.com and when I get there I get this display page: No billing information available We couldn't find billing information associated with
this account. I do not know who to contact to get this cleared up. I desperately need to close my account., Angelica F
Have requested a password reset and get message that a message has been sent to my hotmail account but it never arrived.
If I am unable to access account then I want to delete it.

I opened my Outlook account in August 2013 and it worked well till I took my laptop abroad last week. Now i can only access my Outlook account via Gmail and I'm not sure I am receiving all incoming mail. When I try to access Outlook directly I see mail
in inbox only to the end of August. I can send mail from outlook account but replies come to the version I access via Google only. Can you help please?
Is it possible to set up two accounts on the Android phone?
It would be great to keep my Google account for personal.
And, then to have a 2nd account using Outlook for my business.
Outlook at work is very powerful. The new web version is great.
So, need to keep business and personal as two different accounts.

I basically have two outlook account, one which is professional per say and the other is personal.
In my personal skydrive I have personal stuff of myself however in the professional one I've got backup of work files.
My laptop is synchonized to login with my personal email however I want skydrive files to be my professional ones . How can I do this ?

i can send mail from my outlook account but i receive no incoming mail and when i send myself an email from another (gmail or me account) i get this standard reply:

i can send mail from outlook and it gets to the recipients. however if they try to respond they receive the mail delivery failure.
i am very frustrated as hotmail is my primary email. i cannot find a number or email account for support.
if this issue is not fixed quickly i will close my account for good.
it does not seem reasonable to have zero support.
please let me know what i can do!
