Outgoing email with single picture inserted lands in Outbox but wont send.    Server error code 3204.  What's the nature of the remedy?
with Office 365 for Mac (2011) - Outlook

I have setup Signatures - would prefer if selected signature was automatically added to outgoing email (replies, new messages) rather than me having to add signature manually
I need to hide all of the recepients email addresses when I am sending information to a large group of people to keep their emails secure. How do I do this on outgoing email?
I cannot drag and drop a file to an outgoing email message from my desktop or a folder anymore.  I need to go to" Insert" and attach it as a file.  It then ends up in the middle of the message instead on the "message" line below "subject".  How do I correct this?
Help! I still cannot attach files to outgoing email even after going through the reset steps and restarting my computer.

Hi

I have the following error occur every time I try to send an email from my windows Live mail.

The message could not be sent. The setting for your outgoing email [SMTP] server might need to be configured. To find the server settings for [removed for privacy], please contact your email service provider.

Subject 'test'

Server Error: 550

Server Response: 550 5.1.1 <[removed for privacy]> Blacklisted by Spamhaus: http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=109.79.25.120";

Server: 'mail1.eircom.net'

Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC79

Protocol: SMTP

Port: 25

Secure(SSL): No

I think it must be related to my windows firewall settings but there are so many of them I haven't a clue where to start changing any of them. Does anyone know what I should do.

Thanks

When connected to a public network, my outlook 2010 will often not send my outgoing email due to "connection to the server is offline."  All other network functions seem fine.  Once I return to a known network, Outlook returns to normal function.  I can't wait until I return home from a business trip for my email program to work properly.  Anyone have a fix for this, other than risking calling  a public network a work network?

Thanks in advance,
In hotmail/outook when I view settings for "content from 3rd party networks" there is a photo of someone named Jordan Lane and hotmail/outlook thinks his facebook account is mine!  His image is being sent with ALL of my outgoing email.  I verified with one of my email recipients that this guy's image is being seen on the receiving side.  I need it off of MY account NOW.  I don't know him, I don't know how it got there and I'm angry that hotmail/outlook would take the liberty of trying to link my email account to ANYTHING or ANYWHERE without my permission.  I have clicked the button to not show public content from 3rd party networks and it does NOTHING.  I cannot control this other person's facebook account and yet hotmail/outlook is ALLOWING his image to be on MY email account - the GALL!  GET THE PHOTO OFF OF MY EMAIL ACCOUNT NOW!
I have Yahoo for mail and have not been able to attach a picture or a file to an outgoing email.  Cannot even copy and paste to the body of an outgoing email.
