all my purchase options are not in my native currency

For some reason Microsoft seems convinced I am in Great Britain even though i have never been there.  thus all the purchase options are in pounds and I'd like to not pay a conversion fee from my bank to purchase the extra space I need.  I've dug through all the profile settings I can find....anyone have any ideas?
