Windows Live Mail FAQ

My Windows Live Mail won’t allow my new password and won’t sync with my Outlook or hotmail account, won’t migrate my messages from my Outlook account.

I have tried re-setting password, but it won't recognize the new one.  Have deleted and added account and it never migrates my mail or syncs with the outlook account.It says it is doing that and then freezes. I have un-installed the latest Windows Live \Mail 2012 and re-installed it. No change! Am NOT using a mobile device! HELP!
