Hello all,

 

I signed up with MVA back in March.  I have not had a chance to utilize it until now and of course I cannot access it.  This is my problem. 

 

When I attempt to sign in to the Academy I get a red error box:

 

 

I have tried logging in to my Live account first and then going to the MVA page.

 

I have tried not logging into any page, just going to the MVA page.  Then it asks me to login to my live account, which I do and then the error shows up.

 

I have found the permissions section of my live account and I have deleted the MVA application.

 

I have re-added the MVA application permissions back by visiting the MVA website first.

 

I have attempted to locate a way to contact MVA to "reset" my account or re-enroll me but I have been unsuccessful.  Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

I have seen this question posted before but not sure how to go about fixing the issue. When i try to log in or sign up for MVA, i cannot confirm. When i press the confirm button, a red asterisk appears next to my email box. I am unable to edit that box as well.
