I have not been able to look at any emails from any computer at home or at work. I am not trying to look at them from my phone. Fix this

Fix outlook.  Fix the site.  Forget about mobile access, there is no access from anywhere.  All day!  Priorities, you say you have fixed all but mobile connection but that is not true.  Unable to access mail from any computer work or home.  Most annoyed.  You have the best programmers etc.
Use your resources and fix this.
