So where to start. Alright my two email accounts have been hacked. I was able to recover this one but the other one is still in the hacker possession. I have contacted Microsoft with little help. I filled out the form about 5 times and still no reply with in the 24 hours. I called and gave my info and was told I have to wait another 24 hours. Did that, and no reply. I called back and was told I will have to wait another 24 hours. Please need this account back!!

The biggest problem is that this is my account that I use for purchasing and when I don't want to use my other account. I created the account a long time ago and do not remember all of the info I used so it can't be verified. I have all my wedding stuff in this account. I need it back, someone please help!

AND PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO FILL OUT THE FORM AND YOU WILL GET BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HRS. I already know that little trick.

Ever since hotmail became Outlook.com my contacts/people are all messed up. What happened?

I went into "people" deleted all my contacts to start over. I even waited 35 days before re-entering them all back in manually. Thought that would be good enough. NO, not that easy (of course not--- this is Microsoft). So now when I select the big blue "Outlook" button and open a "new" email then press "To" the address book pops up and all my old contacts are still there, as well as all the new ones that I just re-entered. The address book is now twice the size as before. When I press the big orange "people" button to edit/manage my contacts all I see are the newly re-entered contacts. What's up with that?

By the way changing the name from contacts to people is kind of stupid.

All my people are contacts but NOT all my contacts are people. DUH!

Yes I tried deleting the cache, resetting IE8, upgrading IE8, all the usual suspects.

I have two Microsoft accounts, a new one I made when I got my PC and an old hotmail.com account. How would I merge them?
