For the past few weeks I have been asked for a security code to access my hotmail, I always bypass it.

I receved a text from number 35699189371 with a code. The thing is I have only had this mobile for a few months and I only give the number to friends and family.

Can Microsoft confirm that this is them or is it a phishing exercise

I emailed support and was directed to the forum where it was suggested that I change my password which I did, so far it has worked .

Hello, I can't access my e-mail because Microsoft thinks it's been hacked, but I know I'm not hacked. I think it's because I logged in from a computer in a foreign country. I've tried everything to access my e-mail, but I can't even reset my password. The e-mail contains a lot of important stuff, so can you please help me? :)

Hi guys,

I am trying to create a Microsoft services experience for my domain, which is JaymesPayten.com. It's my name, yet the Microsoft Services page (https://domains.live.com/Signup/SignupDomain.aspx) has said the following:

This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

I will create a WordPress blog about me and will use Outlook.com to send and receive emails.

Can someone help me please?

Warm regards,
Jaymes Payten
Hi, I think I've been conned by the above company.  I was having a problem with Hotmail and googled Microsoft help and that came up implying they were acting for Microsoft. they have sorted the problem and installed two supposed security sites which I could have got free, and then another which is supposed to be an error help site which I can't now log on to.  for this they want to charge me £50.
When I open outlook I keep getting a message telling me to have a security code. Microsoft cannot send me this code because they have the wrong email address  how do I get my correct email address to them
I have a MSN account with extra space and services. I currently pay $19.00 a year. I don't want to continue paying but I don't want to lost this address. How do I notify Microsoft? How do I contact them?
