Have removed WLM, freshly download the current version and re-installed. Still same error. WHAT GIVES? Does Microsoft have a solution?

real or not?
How can I get my live mesh files back? I'm 86 years of age and not the most computer literate person.  My son had set me up with live mesh as a backup. My hard drive crashed.  When my son logged me into see where the files were we discovered  Microsoft got rid of Mesh and my data! WHY couldn't they have moved it to skydrive?  This is really inconsiderate of Microsoft.  We thought the data was safe and they really let me down
I have seen countless posts with others having this very same issue.  It's very annoying...  I had this very same problem.  A friend wanted to download her profile to my console.  It wouldn't let her.  Then we tried to download mine to her's.  It's giving us the same error message.  We contacted Xbox live and they said contact Microsoft.  We contacted Microsoft and we were told to contact Xbox.  Is there something going on with Microsoft?  We are we having so much trouble with this?  This is ridiculous.  I have had more problems in the last two weeks with Microsoft and Xbox than I have had in the last four years that I have had a gamertag with Xbox.  Can anyone tell me what is going on here???  Help.  Thanks!!

Mel

Having to repost here per @Outlook & @MicrosoftHelps. Original thread is here http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_365hp-office_account/i-cannot-get-to-my-mail-via-outlookcom/34532110-a1d2-497e-8b00-ecc87d7c2722

I'm pretty sure that MS doesn't believe that this is an issue, so here it goes:

I cannot get to my mail via Outlook.com since Wednesday 6/12. After logging in from the login screen a I'm going through a new redirection. I used to be ultimately redirected to snt144.mail.live.com/... , but now I am being redirected to pod51035.outlook.com/...  Since this change occurred I cannot get to my mail. I can still get to Skydrive, Calendar, and People by using the direct URLS (people.live, skydrive.live, calendar.live), and I can still get my mail through ActiveSync and any apps that use that protocol. This issue looks to be caused by something that Microsoft has changed and is nothing to due with my local environment as this happens on multiple machines (XP, 7, Svr2008/2012, SurfaceRT, WP7)...so it's not a cache/cookies/Silverlight issue.

The problem does not occur until after signing in. To see what happens

1. go to outlook.com

2. Enter login information and log in     domain is   aggienetwork.com

3. Watch the URL redirection...you'll first see it go to login.live.com, and then it will pass you to the server / web app / location where your content is located

My problem occurs after I am logged in and it passes my to the final url.

The issue occurs with multiple browsers.

More detail can be found in the original post above if needed.

I happened to find another thread with many people experiencing the same issue:
