We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account S*******@hotmail.co.uk. Please submit a new account verification form

At this point, your best option is to submit a new form with as much accurate information as you can gather. The more information you can include in the form, the better the chance you’ll have of regaining access to your account. We’ve included a few tips below to help you fill out the form as completely and accurately aspossible.

Submit a new form

Helpful tips for filling out another form:

  • Answer as many questions as you can.
  • Use the information you provided when you created the account, or last updated it.
  • Submit the form from a computer you frequently use.
  • You will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from family members, friends, or business contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.
  • Make sure to use the correct domain for your account, such as hotmail.com, live.com, or outlook.com. Keep in mind that your email address may be country specific. For example, if you created your account in Sweden, your domain would be “hotmail.co.se” rather than “hotmail.com”.

is there any other way to get my account back, because i dont have enough info to get it back the questionnaire way.

Hi Hotmail/Microsoft/Everyone,

I'm trying to recovery my old hotmail account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) because my Xbox Live account is asking me to verify my email address and password (which I don't know). Xbox live requires this information to update the security on the Xbox profile. I've tried to recover my account by entering the security question, sent subjects, list of email addresses i've sent emails too, folders i've created,  old password's, (i can still access the email account from my iPhone) but no luck. Microsoft rejected my recovery request and to be honest, i can't think of any additional information to add. Can there be another way to resolve this?

Thanks
Chris

no more i will ever deal you microsoft **** again,,,,,to hard to work with, your people suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 3 email addresses, 2 Outlook addresses and 1 Gmail.

We'll call them: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and *** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** keeps getting Birthday reminders. When I click the link to Stop getting Reminders, it brings me to the Microsoft Account login screen.

Neither *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or *** Email address is removed for privacy *** even have *** Email address is removed for privacy *** listed as a notification email! Furthermore, both Outlook accounts say very clearly, "Notifications have been turned OFF".

Every single setting I see does not list my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account and says I am not receiving notifications, but trust me...my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account gets emails every single day from Microsoft, notifying me about my contacts' birthdays.

STOOOOOOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can I get this to stop?
