I urgently need to retrieve my email account but am being blocked from the questionnaire and security path.  Can I speak or be emailed from an advisor that can support direct from hotmail or Microsoft?
Same issue as many others here on this form:
Whenever I try deleting my email account, it says that first I need to cancel any paid services with Microsoft and then deactivate my hotmail account. So when I go to the link to cancel any paid services with Microsoft, it says that there is no billing information. It does not make sense; it's asking me to cancel something I don't have. I just want to delete my hotmail account.

Good Morning,

My father has an Outlook.com e-mail account; and while helping him to make some updates to his account, I erroneously entered a birthdate year of 2013.  He is actually 80 years old and is now locked out of his account until Microsoft receives a parent's permission.

I just created this new Outlook.com account in my name to post this message and get assistance.  There is no "live Support" from Microsoft for this topic; and a call to Microsoft tech support's phone numbers sat on endless hold...

My father's account was originally established under WebTV many many years ago; and a simple check of his existing billing account will reflect the age of the account and the credit card information that it is billed to in his name to correct my error above.

What is the quickest and easiest way for me to have his account updated to reflect his correct age to allow him to again access his account normally?  I have instructions of sending a fax or postal mailing; but I'm not confident of that "blind" approach without some sort of trouble ticket to reference and track.  The on-line option of providing a credit card number does not work on his account; probably because he had a "child account" set-up for my late mother that we don't have access to.

Thanks,

Brian

Hi There,

We are looking into moving away from the extremely expensive solution that we currently have with Google Apps to Microsoft due to its offering being much better than that of Google Apps. We wanted to know if you are able to provide us with 1000+ accounts on our domain narnarayan.org as we wanted to offer our site visitors the chance to have a email address on our extremely popular domain within our community, please assist.
