I had logged a case with the Microsoft team regarding some issues with my email account, for some reason after it was spammed Microsoft has ever since would keep asking me to reset my password.  It was getting to the point where I was setting a new password several times a day, however I can still access my email.  Microsoft has sent me several responses regarding this case and when I follow the link from my actiongirl5 account it just states that this email is not allowed to view the case.  I even emailed Microsoft telling them this and they sent me back another reply that I cannot access................I am not entirely sure why.  I have also had replies from moderator of this forum that seem to just send me around in a circle, tell me things I already know or do not read my post properly. 

 

So far I have spent over a week trying to resolve this issue yet know one seems to have the answer, surely I am not the only one this has happened to.

I cannot access the status of the problem that I am having with this new security fiasco. I have tried different countries but still get the same message.

 

Before this Thread is locked out (like a number of Threads have been that show many folk are having similar problems) it would be nice if Microsoft would admit there is a BIG problem. I am coming to the conclusion I do not like Outlook nor Outlook.com. Someone once said, "Keep it Simple." Apparently this is something that Microsoft does not understand.

 

Please ditch the security access farce and start again. Please!

For some weeks now a significant proportion of emails sent from my Outlook.com account never make it to my work email account. There is no rejection message returned to Outlook; the messages just completely disappear.

Is there a way for someone in Microsoft to check from your end what happened with a particular email, please?

If I can prove the problem is with the work system then that will give me more leverage with our IT department than currently.
