I am not receiving any of the email sent to me from Steam support for the past few weeks. I've done some research on various forums and apparently others have had the same issue. Microsoft seems to be blocking steam guard emails before they get to the
email account so even though I've whitelisted *** Email address is removed for privacy *** the mail is still not being allowed through. This is important because I'm trying to regain access to my steam account and without the codes included in the support mail I am effectively locked out
of the account. I've read this might have something to do with a 'Mx Records' setting of the mail server but I could be wrong. Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated.

When I log out it goes to MSN.com. If I attempt to go thru Google and search for Hotmail it STILL ONLY logs in to the same frickin account! My 'puter is stuck on the same email account tht was open when Microsoft stopped allowing switching between accounts!
I'm getting messages that are telling me (1) "looks like you've added some security info to your Microsoft account," which I have not, and when it shows the Microsoft account they are talking about, it is very similar to mine, but ends with ".co.uk"
rather than ".com." The ".co.uk" account they are talking about is not my account.
It then says, "If you didn't make this request, click here (link) to cancel." However, when I click on the link, it then asks me to sign in with the ".co.uk" account that, again, is nearly identical to mine, but ends with ".co.uk" rather than ".com."
The second email I've gotten says (2) "The account security information for your Microsoft account (here it shows the ".co.uk" address) is scheduled to be removed. (It then shows my actual ".com" email address)."
It then says after that, "If you didn't make this request, then someone else may have your password. We'd like to help you get your account back. Please go to the following website to change your password and restore your account security
information (link)." When I click on the link, it asks me to sign in. I then sign in as normal, and then I am then taken to a screen that says:
"Sign in with your Microsoft account
Sign in with (here it shows the ".co.uk" address, which is not mine) to manage your password reset information."
Can this please be fixed?
I am using the official Microsoft Outlook.com app on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and some emails are only showing the text version of that email, instead of HTML. I thought I had fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook.com app, but it's back now.
I see some text and then links to the information, with no pictures. What I should see is the Display as HTML button or just the HTML page, but it's not working like it should. Is this a known issue? I see the other posts about some sort of connection error,
but I'm getting the emails, just not in the correct format.
I recently purchased a Windows Tablet from Dell and set up a Microsoft account for it. A few days later I upgraded my PC to Windows 8 but set it up under a different Microsoft account. The Skydrive account on the PC has several Word documents, Excel workbooks and Access databases that I wish to access and update from the tablet. I can open the files but they are not up to date. How do I sync them? I have tried examples/instructions from several sources but nothing seems to work. Any help (as detailed as possible) would be appreciated.
I am having the exact same problem and going around in circles with Microsoft's verify form.
There is no email or number to talk to someone to give details to verify you as the owner, just the damn form that asks for information that can be changed by the hackers..no ISP of the computer you most use to access your email,... or which browser you
regularly use,... no way of sending your ID.
The whole procedure is retarded that the owner is treated like the criminal and the damn hackers get away with it!!! I keep getting the same email back with the ridiculous solution of "open another account" are you kidding!!!!

Hi, I had two Microsoft accounts and I wanted to make them alliances but it would not let me since they are both being used as Microsoft accounts. I deleted one of them, and still when I am trying to make them alliances it says that the email is still
being used as a Microsoft account even though I deleted it a few hours ago. I was told it may be because I haven't received an email verifying the deactivation yet and that it may take 24 hours. Is there a way to speed that email or for someone to verify the
deactivation sooner? Thanks

Once upon a time I had a Microsoft Office Live website. Along comes Microsoft taking away my free website (and its associated e-mail addresses) and wants me to start paying a monthly subscription for Office 365 when all I really wanted was my little website.
The website is long gone but I can still get into the primary e-mail address associated with the site. I would like to transfer my folders from this old e-mail address to my brand spanking new outlook.com e-mail address.
Is this possible?
