I am having issues accessing SkyDrive and raised a request via the online form to have SkyDrive reactivated and this is the eventual response.

So Here I am. I hope you can assist.

 

The summary of my problem is:

"I cannot access sky drive.
I can access Email, People and Calendar online (IE).
When I try to access sky drive I get the following:-
     Browser (IE10 on Win7) = This Item might not exist or is no longer available (from home and work)
     PC Client = hangs at signing in (have re-downloaded and re-installed)
     Windows Phone 8 client = The folder can't be displayed. it has been moved or deleted. (uninstalled and reinstalled SkyDrive app)
