Question about Outlook Express

I am trying to unsubscribe from the Microsoft Security Bulletin. I signed up a long time ago, 10 years or more. The e-mail is not recognized when I attempt to log in or reset my password. I am not sure how to resolve this, and I cannot understand if MS is still sending me e-mails why they deleted the account. If someone could assist, I would appreciate it.
