Question about Outlook Express

I am trying to close my outlook.com account and some other Microsoft related services. When I go to do this in my Microsoft account it tells me that I need to cancel any paid services or use Microsoft points. I have some Microsoft points on my xbox live account, which I don't want to close but I am looking on how to find out what services I have open, and how to go about closing them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
