how do i make my yahoo, gmai and other email accounts to become a microsoft account?

Hi there!
I've read several themes where people unable to delete their accounts. What I figured out, there is no universal solution, every time Microsoft people deletes it manualy. So, please, close mine account as well.
But before we begin, let me tell my story.
My company some time before, migrated all our mail to office 365. Since then I understood some day, one way or another I'll get Lumia phone and will sync everything and everytime through skydrive. With that in mind, I created Microsoft account with @mycompanyname ending. And started syncing. Home and work pc's and that was good.
But that day when I got my Lumia, came true, and now it went wrong. I understood that my job account (office 365) is not good idea to use as my personal account for my "everything in my life" stuff, and it didn't managed my conatcts list well. So I created this, @outlook acoount. I managed to migrate my documents form one skydrive to another, and what has left for me is to close that @mycompanyname account. But as happened to other people, it tels: "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account", but I didin't pay anything anytime
Please help to tide me up :)
When trying to log onto my account associated with my work email address I cannot and get the message "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. "
When I try to go through the steps to create the account which already exited I get the message that it "isn't available."
Finally when I go through the password reset method at https://account.live.com/password/reset I get "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."
Please direct me to whom I should bring this to the attention of. The account I'm using to post this is of course not the one that is having the issue. I will be happy to PM anyone who needs that address to diagnose it.
