Minor Account Authorization

I have created outlook account for my minor child. For the last two weeks I am trying to authorize the account by making $0.50 payment using credit card. At the end I am getting following error:

We're unable to complete your request

Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

Customer Support

I tried using different credits cards and different browser but getting the same error.

I checked the forum and it appears this issue is being going on for a while but I couldn't see any response that told me how I can resolve this issue.

Please help.

When the switch took place, I was using my account. Now I log in with outlook, but cannot see me emails that were suppose to switch over as well. I can see my Account name but that it. How do I get to my 15 yr data email, contacts and files that were under the old hotmail account????

I recently bought a new laptop and tried to open a Microsoft account but my home phone number is in instead of my mobile and Microsoft sent a text to my home phone. I now get a message saying Microsoft does not recognize my compute how can I change my phone number.

Outlook error Login – URGENT

Each time I try to log in to my account the following message appears - This account can't be used to access Outlook.com

You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).

Could someone please advise me what to do as I need to urgently check my emails and I can't access them - I've tried logging in via Hotmail, live etc but it doesn't work.

Closing Microsoft Account

I receive the following message when I attempt to close my Microsoft account:

You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft account.

I don't believe I have any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with my account however; how do I delete my account when there is no possibility to cancel the paid services or Microsoft Points?

Please, close my Microsoft Account or any association with the account so that I can close the account myself.

Cannot sign in to an ‘imported’ account on my custom domain

I just added my domains here, and have the email DNS configuration correct.

As I was adding 3 accounts, 2 were rejected as already being existing, so I imported them. I've gotten into one of the imported accounts - by going through the "Can't access your account" link, but the second one as I'm typing in the distorted letters, the page just tells me "The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again."

The email account I cannot access is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** The name of the account is exactly the same as shows on the Member Accounts page under my domain.

I accidentally closed my Microsoft account and want to reopen it? I can not use Windows Store in W8 without an account.
also i cannot install any apps in my laptop.

I am trying to log into my Microsoft account using my ***@gmail account, which is the account that I set the computer up with and also the account that I first used to set up my Microsoft account,

When I try to sign into my Microsoft account it tells me that the ***@gmail doesn't exist, but when I try to create an account using my ***@gmail account it says that the email address is all ready in use.
