Can't access hotmail account - Please Help!!!!!
I cannot access my hotmail account. I've tried all passwords and questions but keeps coming up with 'The Microsoft account is incorrect. Please try again.' When I try to Create a new account with the same email it says the email address is in use and says something about the domain of hotmail not working or something.
I'm not to sure if this a fault on Microsofts point or hotmail but I believe now they are one of the same thing!
I majorly need help with this!! It causing much distress and I have tried various of ways to try get this matter resolved but nothing!
Help help please, anyone!!

Hi,
I have SkyDrive running on 2 machines: (1) a Windows 8 machine connected to a WSE2012 domain that is associated with my Microsoft account and (2) a laptop running Windows 8 with a Microsoft account login. Both machines sync with SkyDrive and are full syncs (no selective sync).
Since yesterday, both machines have SkyDrive reporting "processing changes" forever. The first time I saw this on the domain machine, SkyDrive started and then GPF'ed. When I restarted SkyDrive, the "processing changes" forever started. I tried rebooting. The domain machine at that point in time was fully up to date.
I then tried running my laptop (for separate reasons) and found the "processing changes" forever issue there. The laptop is a couple of days out of date (behind) the domain machine and needs to download a file or 2.
Both machines have all green files (up to date files), so there are no existing files flagged to update.
I've reviewed most of the suggestions and helps for recovering a hacked/stolen account but the solutions haven't helped for my case. Just after my account was overtaken, the hacker got into my account settings and changed my alias (my email account address). When I follow the steps to reset my password using the stolen email account address, I always get a message that says "That Microsoft account is incorrect, please try again".
A notification was sent to me at my alternate email address advising me that I had changed my primary alias. I re-attempted the pw reset with the new alias and I got into my account. I then changed my password and primary alias once again, exited and logged back into my account, using the new alias and password. However, my account looks like a brand new one. All of my contacts, emails, folders, etc are gone. Can these be recovered? Thanks.
