Original Title: Blackballed from my own hotmail account :(

I had some virus/bot/spam thing send an email about "weight loss green coffee" to my entire contact list and the next time I logged into my Hotmail it said I'd been hacked and I had to prove it was me to access my account again.

I provided name, country etc, 2 previous passwords I had used, the names of two folders I had created, the email address of three recent emails I sent and the title of an email I sent and even answered my 'secret question' and apparently that's not enough to regain access to my account!! SO PEEVED OFF! I have had that email address for 15+ years and have used it for everything and now it's gone. POOF.. just like that!

I can't find a anywhere where I can contact Hotmail or microsoft to get some action. Pretty damn upset about it! (Insert many bad words here)

There's no way I can get this email back is there?

I have an live mail account which I signed up several years ago.
I use it as my Apple account until now.
When I try to login in outlook today,
It shows"That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different email address or get a new account."
What's happening? What can I do?
Thank you in advance.

My wife was refused access to her account, when she was asked to give an alternate email address she gave mine to help reopen the account.. When it came to me it went to my junk mail in my Hotmail. I find it strange that an email from Microsoft would go to junk. Before I open the submit a new form link, I would like to know if this is a valid response from Microsoft or is it a hack? The email we received is copied below minus the email address.

Thanks

Getting hundreds of account verification code emails

24. September 2013 · Write a comment · Categories: Hotmail, Outlook.com · Tags: account verification code, microsoft, Microsoft account
For the past couple of months I've been getting hundreds of the following emails from Microsoft - usually in batches of like 20. I've changed my password several times but I want to know if there's a way to stop it. It looks like someone has put their backup email account as mine. Any ideas?

EDIT: Outlook has marked the sender as legitimately being Microsoft, so it doesn't look like a phishing scam.

“That Microsoft account doesn’t exist” – webtv.net

MSNTV service ends September 30th.  I have been a subscriber for 15 years and would at least like to be able to retain my webtv.net email addresses and access them on my computer.  But when I try to sign in with any of them on the Outlook.com sign-in page, all I get is a notice "That Microsoft account doesn't exist".  The monthly subscription fee is still being charged on my credit card and the few webpages I made through my MSNTV account are still up at community.webtv.net .  I need an answer to this problem soon, time is running out!
