Question about Outlook Express

Hi,

I have an Office 365 account for email. I've created a Microsoft Account with that email because I can't log into anywhere else with the 365 account so I figured I'd create a Microsoft account for things like Windows 8 log in.

Anyway, when I log into the Microsoft Account, it says I need to activate the email, I click send email, but my 365 emails are not receiving it?
