A customer's domain has been blocked by microsofts blocklist that covers outlook.com, live.com, hotmal and a few other mail services. I've sent through a request more than 24 hours ago and only received a first email notifying me that the case had been
created. I then called Microsoft support who informed me that the issue had been escalated to hotmail support and that the turnaround time would be 3-5 days. This is not really acceptable for a business - most other blocklists at least offer a way to check
the listing and see the reason.
