Hi,

A customer's domain has been blocked by microsofts blocklist that covers outlook.com, live.com, hotmal and a few other mail services. I've sent through a request more than 24 hours ago and only received a first email notifying me that the case had been created. I then called Microsoft support who informed me that the issue had been escalated to hotmail support and that the turnaround time would be 3-5 days. This is not really acceptable for a business - most other blocklists at least offer a way to check the listing and see the reason.

Could a moderator please direct me to where i can check the status of this request online? Delisting Request number is SRX1223215212ID

Im using the outlook.com mail services for my domain where all the accounts incoming and outgoing are forwarded to one dedicated mail id for controlling purpose by using local mail server services.
But every day in the mean time they started to show the message that maximum connection reached and stop downloading the mails (may be due to the restrictions of outlook.com)
How can I overcome to this problem. Please help me out

Please reply soon

I use Windows live mail with

  • gmail; and
  • investwithaims.com

as my 2 mail services.

Of late I find that mails are not visible in sent folders. However, the same sent mail is shown when I try to search for the mail in windows live mail.

I use Windows7 home premium.

Can somebody help me please.
