I am trying to close my Microsoft Account because it keeps asking me to reply to an E Mail which I deleted because I got fed up with trying to reply to it, and Micrsoft Acc. saying try again continuously. So I now wish to go back to a local account but
cant do that because of "error code" Ox80004005.
