Change colour of Outlook app notification light?

Hi there

I recently downloaded the Outlook app and would like to know if it is possible to change the colour of the LED light that notifies me of a new email? I habe tried changing the theme colour, it's currently orange, however I still receive a blue light. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S3 and currently have a blue light reserved for a different notification. If I can't change the colour, is there any way to turn the LED off?
