I run a B&B in the Isle of Wight. We have a problem when we try and send responses to enquirers from guests. If they have a hotmail account then they often do not get our reply. The company who hosts our web page and e-mail tell me the mail is being forward
correctly, that is there is no rejection message or any kind.
Where do we go from here!?
